OUR WARRANTY COVERAGE

Zini Bicycles Limited Warranty Policy
All warranty claims must be submitted using the official Zini Bicycles Warranty Claim Form: https://www.cognitoforms.com/Omnico2/warrantyframeform
While we endeavour to process all warranty claims as efficiently as possible, please allow 5 to 7 working days for the assessment and resolution of your claim.
The final determination regarding warranty coverage rests with Zini Bicycles, subject to any rights afforded to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Limited Lifetime Warranty means the reasonable service life of the frame under normal intended use by the original owner.

The warranty is not transferable and will not apply to second-hand owners.
Zini Bicycles reserves the right to inspect the bicycle and/or request additional photographs and documentation before determining warranty eligibility.
