Hydro formed 6061 alloy
Zini bikes are manufactured from hydro-formed heat treated 6061 alloy. This makes the frame durable and lightweight.
Smooth welds
Welds are smoothed out for a more premium looking frame, taking on the appearance of carbon fibre junctions.
Tapered headtube
29″ Zini frame feature tapered headtubes. This adds stiffness and strength to the frame and more precise steering when paired with a tapered steerer fork. This also means that the bikes are easily upgradeable, should you want to upgrade your fork.
Paint and decals
Our frames are finished with premium paint and decals under the clearcoat. This is more UV resistant and more scuff & scratch resistant than alternative options.
Internal routing
Zini Elite, Comp and Sport features internal cable routing and full length cable housings. This, more than just cleaning up the cockpit, also means less maintenance, and more protected cables and hoses.
Standard 31.6mm seat tube
Standard size, easy to find compatible seat tubes and seat clamps. Also suitable for externally routed dropper posts.
Replaceable dropouts
Bent a hanger? Not a problem, Zini derailleur hangers are easy to replace.
